Bali Synergy is established to meet the customer's need of accommodation and travel services. Our service offers through online thus simplified and fast the booking process of accommodation and travel services.

Bali Synergy is dedicated to meet the customer's need of accommodation and travel services, such holiday, honeymoon, travelling or doing a business in Bali.
We offer a service about accommodation that can be booked online.

BOOKING PROCESS
- BOOKING ONLINE
To book the accommodation and travel services, the customers should visit our website and open the link. The customers could choose the hotel or villa, the type of room, the period of stay and the number of accommodation. Customers should fill up the form with their personal details and payment details. All booking accommodation and travel services will be processed through online by 24 x 1 working days and 24 X 2 during holiday or Sunday. After booking, we would confirm the availability of accommodation and travel services and process the payment.
- BOOKING OFFLINE
To book the accommodation and travel services, the customers should visit our website. The customers could choose the hotel or villa, the type of room, the period of stay and the number of accommodation. The customers should send us an enquiry. After we confirm the availability and price, we will request to book the accommodation through our website. Otherwise, the customers could book by bank transfer. We would inform our bank account to customers email.
PAYMENT
Payment can be done by Credit Card for online booking. Bali Synergy has no access or keeps any credit card information. Credit card will be processed directly by the bank.
For offline booking, payment can be done by bank transferred or pay directly to our office address below with cash or debit card (Walk In guest):

Payment by bank transfer could be confirmed by sending the payment receipt to our fax number 0361-726162 or through email by attachment. Valid payment is received after the money reaching at our bank account. Keep the payment receipt if necessary.
PRICE
All prices at our website are in rupiah.
The price at another currency will be converted and billed in Indonesian currency.
The breakdown price and tax will be displayed direct in the website, on the time of booking and the total price will be included of taxes and other costs.
GUARANTEE
Bali Synergy will guarantee the availability of the accommodation and travel service with guarantee voucher issued after payment is done.
Bali Synergy will not issue a voucher if the reservation is not yet processing or still in processing. Customer should contact the our customer services of Bali Synergy if the voucher is not yet issued in 24 X 1 on working days and 24 X 2 during holiday or Sunday after.
DELIVERY
After payment is done, a voucher will be sent directly through their email address for online booking. A voucher will be sent through their email address/ fax for offline booking. Customer should submit the voucher to the hotel, upon their arrival in the hotel reception
SIGN AND PROOF
A voucher is a proof of booking accommodation and travel service that will be sent direct to email address or by fax (depend on client's request)
A voucher of accommodation and travel services will be issued in a form of hard copy. The Customers should bring the voucher upon check in and submit to hotel front desk upon arrival in the hotel
PAYMENT TERM & CONDITIONS:
- Payment conditions:
100 % of the total payment will be automatically charged to your credit card upon received our booking confirmation
- Cancellation Policy:
1. One night cancellation fee will be charged for any cancellation received after confirmed booking
2. 50 % cancellation fee from the total room night reserved will be charged if any cancellation received 30 - 8 days prior arrival
3. 100 % cancellation fee from the total room night reserved will be charged if any cancellation received 7 - 0 days prior arrival Or in case of NO SHOW ( Otherwise indicating on confirmation letter )
COPY RIGHT
All elements of Bali Synergy site and other websites, visual or voice, supporting data and technology is protected by the copy right.
All elements of our website are exclusively belonging to Bali Synergy and could not distribute the information without written notification from PT. Kirana Bali Wisata.
VALIDITY
The price of accommodation and travel service include the facility offers are valid along with the service through online and offline.
The update of price and facilities offered will be done at anytime without prior notice
LEGAL PROVISIONS
This provision is based on the laws applicable in Indonesia. In the event of a dispute will basically be settled by deliberation and consensus. If no agreement then both parties may process the existing cases to the Denpasar District Court.
PRIVACY POLICY
Any personal information of our customers, will not be shared/ given to any party. Our site operates with secure database and encrypt. All personal information will be stored and used by us. We will protect our customers personal information as described in our company policy privacy.
