How do I make hotel/villa reservation?
To make a hotel/villa reservation can be done directly through our website. Reservation can be done by opening our website and choose a villa or hotel that wish to stay and then determine the length of stay and number of room. The customers should fill the reservation form with their personal details and credit card information. All reservation of accommodation and travel services will be processed online by 1 X 24 hours during working hours and 2 X 24 hours during the holiday or Sunday. After making reservation, we will confirm the availability and process the payment.

What about if I could not find any hotel / villa that I need at the website?
If hotel or villa name is not available, kindly contact us here or call to our phone number +62 (0361) 728258.

How do we pay the reservation?
The payment of reservation can be paid by credit card for online booking that is through our website. For offline reservation, the payment can be transferred into our bank account or pay direct to our office with cash or debit card.

Do I know directly about the total price of hotel / villa reservation? What would be the currency?
The total price of hotel / villa will be displayed directly at the time of making reservation. The price at our website is in Indonesian Rupiah. The price in foreign currency will be converted and billed in Indonesian Rupiah. The breakdown of cost and tax will be displayed directly in the website during reservation and total of price is inclusive of tax and other service charges.

What will I get after making reservation and payment?
After reservation is done and payment is received, we will generate a voucher as a guarantee directly into your email address base on room hotel/villa reservation for online reservation. Voucher will be sent to your email address or fax for offline reservation. At the time of check in, the customers should submit the voucher to hotel. At the time of arrival at the hotel/villa the customers should carry the vouchers that have sent already.

Could I able to cancel the hotel/villa reservation after payment? Do I charge will cancellation fee?
Yes, Customers are able to cancel the hotel/villa reservation after payment with contacting us Here or by telephone to +62 (0361) 728258. The Cancellation fee will be based our cancellation policies as below link.
